What We Did
Description
The Auroville Marathon is one of India’s most beloved community marathons, celebrating the joy of running where every participant is a winner.
Our goal was to drive registrations through a targeted social media strategy and content optimization, all within a three-month project period. Beyond promotions, we also supported event management and media coverage, ensuring both offline and online impact.

Process & Key Points:
- Social Media Marketing: Leveraged MailChimp, Facebook, and Instagram to connect with potential participants, strengthening the event’s community-driven identity.
- Daily Content Posting: Created and published engaging content daily to keep momentum high and ensure maximum reach.
- Registration Target: Set a goal of 2,500 registrations within 1.5 months. Through organic reach, community-driven campaigns, and paid ads, we achieved this milestone in just 15 days. By the close, the event reached 2,984+ registrations.
- Advertising Campaigns: Ran a mix of organic and paid ads for workshops and marathon sign-ups, broadening reach to fitness enthusiasts across India.

Challenge: Achieving an ambitious registration target within a very short window required combining content strategy with agile social campaigns.
Win: Surpassing the registration goal in record time highlighted the effectiveness of our integrated social media marketing strategy.
